CAN GOD TRUST US?

We know that God is perfect and we know that He is the only one who is perfect. No matter how hard we try, we can never be that perfect, but our aim is to work toward perfection just the same. We need to work toward that goal every day of our lives, every moment of every day. We live on earth, which is Satan’s domain, and so we are bound to make mistakes, but we need to practice self control as much a possible and show God that He can trust us to make every effort toward earning our heavenly goal.

If we are to be trusted where do we start? We can start by being honest about ourselves to ourselves, God will not be fooled. His holy spirits are near each and every one of us day and night and nothing escapes their attention. If we were to remember this, our actions could be scrutinized and found to be honest and open. If we are honest regarding the small things in our lives it is easy to be trusted with the bigger things. If we are honest and open regarding the small things in life, it is so much easier to make the correct decisions regarding the more important decisions, and God can trust us.

  GOD’S CREATURES

What should be our attitude toward the creatures of the earth? Since man has progressed through the animal stages to arrive where he is, then it follows that the animals house spirits who are at a lower progression than man. Someday all of these animals will reach the lowest stage of man which is the ape and then progress to being man.

Our attitude towards the animals should be that of respect since they are also fallen spirits just as we are, and since we were one of them at one time.

Respecting the animals is to treat them with kindness that they may begin to learn what love is all about. Those animals that are still living in the wild can be respected by allowing them their freedom to live in the wild without hampering their existence, and without enslaving them as circus performers etc. for the thrill this may bring to man. Imagine if higher forms of being were to be allowed to begin life on earth, and treated us as we treat the lower animals, having us live in cages, having us perform for their pleasure or be punished for not obeying, how would we enjoy life?

Unless an animal is threatening our life there is no need to kill it, except for food. Even the small creatures must live out their days that they may reincarnate in a higher form. So live and let live and in order to honor God who created all.

 THY WILL BE DONE

We pray these words but do we really mean them? Is it more like, “Thy will be done, but done my way”, or mostly, “Thy will be done, mostly my way, or Thy way providing the outcome is in concert with my desires?”

Our plan for life on earth was drafted by us with the help of God’s holy spirits with God’s blessings. That plan was the one that would best teach us how to find our way back to our heavenly home. This life path may contain lessons we need to learn, or the repayment of debts that we have incurred in past lives, or assistance we have promised to another, and so on. All this likely sounded like a great and wise plan to us at its inception, the problem is that the act of taking on a material body has erased our memory, and now that we are attempting to live out our great and wise plan, it all seems foreign to us. Occasionally, we recognize our path as being the correct one, when our life takes on a path of its own, at least, seemingly of its own, but often we rail and argue and feel sorry for ourselves when we prefer another path. But the die is cast and fight as we might, we still must follow our plan or suffer the consequences when falling off the path. This is why we really need to mean it when we say, “Thy will be done”, in other words, “Thy will be done as planned“. If we can’t remember the plan, we need to have faith or trust that God is helping us to follow the plan through our holy spirit guides assigned to us. Therefore saying “Thy will be done’, is really in our best interest after all.

SILENCE IS GOLDEN

In the story of Gulliver’s Travels, the horses were given the gift of speech, but could not understand how so many abused the gift.  They would not even consider saying anything that was untrue, they didn’t understand why anyone would bother to express a thought that was not so.

What a lesson we can learn from that strange story, what a great world we would be living in.  We would hear no gossip, there would be no bearing of false witness against another and no lies.  We could take everyone’s word at face value and all cheating and conniving would end.  Well, it’s a great thought, and if this were our world, we would actually be living in Heaven, but we live in satan’s world and he is the master of lies and deception.  We need to be always on our guard to not allow him to fool us.

When we receive a message from the spirit world, we need to be so strict regarding the content, lest the message should be coming from the lying spirits.  Often the message seems so harmonious and makes so much sense but one small lie tells us that it is not a good spirit we are listening to.  It is easy to see why the world has all but abandoned the practice of spirit communication lest they communicate with the evil ones. But we must persevere, and the higher our thoughts, the more easily we can detect the low spirits and receive our messages from God’s spirit world.

PARABLES

Jesus did all of his teachings by speaking in parables and why did he do this? Did he think that they would not understand what he was trying to teach them in plain facts? No, the parables were not easier to understand, sometimes the apostles did not understand them either.

When the apostles asked Jesus why he taught only in parables, his answer was that some people were not meant to hear and understand, so then why not? Those who were meant to understand did, because they were ready to understand, the rest were not ready because they had not paid their dues. We have all fallen from Heaven, each of us has to repay for our sins before we are allowed back in Heaven, and some of us are more guilty that others, and must return to earth many more times to prove ourselves, and that is why Jesus was not allowed to teach some of the people. They were to remain in the dark for a longer time to make amends. This is also why Paul always told his hearers to be thankful that they had been chosen to hear and understand the truths that would finally save them from Satan’s realm.

We also should be thankful that we are finally to have the veil lifted from our eyes this life and to understand, and to be saved after all these thousands of years in the dark. It is no small thing to be given the opportunity to understand God’s truths and should not be taken lightly.
