THE WINNING SIDE

It is customary for us to want to be on the winning side. Are we totally on God’s and Christ’s side or do we stray into Lucifer’s side at times? We cannot be on both sides at oIt is cnce nor can we be in the middle taking no side.

 Soldiers in a battle cannot fight for their side and still leak information to the other side, nor can they take direction from the enemy or provide them with ammunition.

There is a war in this world and we must choose which side we are on. We are either on Christ’s side or on Lucifer’s. After the fall of the spirits, we were a part of Lucifer’s army but Christ’s death on the cross and his war against Lucifer which he won, allowed us to leave Lucifer’s realm. We have now joined the army of Christ, therefore we must be loyal to the army we belong to. Allowing ourselves to think and act as if we were still in Lucifer’s army, even if it is only part of the time, makes us a part of his army and therefore we are defecting from Christ’s army.

Our choice should be clear, we will never be allowed to enter the heavenly spheres if we still have one foot in hell. Therefore our every thought, every word, every action is proof of which side we are on. Let us dedicate ourselves to the army of Christ and swear allegiance to it, never to lend aid to the enemy, and when we leave this earth we will have won the war and will be ready to receive our medal of honor given to us by Christ himself.

BIRTHDAYS

On earth, we celebrate the date of our birth every year, but in heaven there is no time, our spiritual birth is not celebrated every twelve months since there are no calendars and there are no clocks. As we grow on earth we become older and older and less beautiful and less capable. In heaven it is the opposite, as we become older, we become more progressed and more and more beautiful as well as more capable.

After our death on earth, our spirits begins to progress, and if we died at an old age, our progression takes the form of a physical rejuvenation so that our white hair changes to our original color and our skin becomes more youthful. We do not become as children again but we resemble mature but youthful looking people. We have no pain and of course there is no disease in the higher realms.

Spirits who have not progressed to the heavenly stage but who still remain at an earthly stage, although they are in spirit form, do not change appearance, not until they reach the heavenly spheres.

THE FEAR OF GOD 

Many earthly catastrophes are attributed to God and we hear in the bible stories of how God punished the people, and these things we understand to be the reason that we must fear God.

 But fear of God is not fear in this sense, to fear God is to be in awe of Him. In awe of all the power that He holds, in awe of everything we see around us that He is ultimately responsible for. First of all for our creation, for all that we have on earth, for all the galaxies, for the entire universe. We also should be in awe of the fact that He takes such an interest in the lowliest of creatures, the fact that He honors all of our decisions, never interfering with the free will that He has given us. The fact that He makes available to us the wonderful life in heaven even though we hardly deserve it because of our betrayal of His son. We should especially be in awe of the fact that He continues to love us no matter what we do.

  DECISION TIME

 This time on earth is a very confusing time for most because it is a time of decision, it is a time to make a major choice. Will we be for Christ and devote our lives to him alone or will we continue to enjoy what the earth has to offer, spending our days searching out whatever pleasures we can find or devise for our temporary happiness.

Although Christ will not arrive tomorrow, in the ages since the beginning of time it is a short time. Whether we are on earth inhabiting a physical body or whether we are disembodied but in the earth realm, there is much for us to do before the coming of Christ. Many will make no effort but only increase their life of sin because in truth they have already made their decision and it is not for Christ, but the majority will feel the pressures of the coming changes but will not have the determination to change. Change is never easy but it is necessary if we are to reap the rewards. And rewards go only to those who are determined enough to follow through with the necessary efforts for change. So choose we must, it will not happen without our efforts.

 SPIRITUAL VERSUS MEDIUMISTIC

 The main reason to work toward communication with the spirit world of God is so that we can receive His truths and pass them on to others; it is the only way to learn the truths of God. In all generations, it has been necessary for someone to receive this information, without it, we would be operating in the dark. Throughout the history of the Israelites, the chosen people, the first fruits, there were always people who could receive the messages; they were called seers or priests etc.

But, as Paul says in Corinthians thirteen, even though we could speak all the languages of God’s spirit messengers, or were a speaking medium, but had no love we would be as a tinkling bell.

So although it is very desirable for us to be capable of honing our mediumistic skills to receive God’s messages, it is not the single thing that will get us to heaven. The more important thing is to be spiritually advanced, to the point that our vibration can match that of the higher heavenly spheres, and love is the elevating rudder that can help us to accomplish that.
