Never quarrel with your destiny. God is merciful to all. God sends everyone that which he needs most, but you lack the vision because your knowledge, your horizon is limited. You grasp only that which lies within your human experience. Everything beyond that you cannot see unless it is revealed to you by God's mesengers. You must consider yourselves fortunate to receive such messages, and be ready to accept them because there are so many who pay no heed to our instructions.
It must be clear to you that everything that befalls you happens with God's consent. Everything, yes everything, without exception contributes to the recovery of your souls if you find the right attitude toward it and recognize it as a spiritual help.
At times your human lives afford opportunities to comprehend God's wise and kind guidance when you look back at your destiny.
You must, therefore, make it your highest principle to always realize and appreciate that everything comes from above, and you must be ready to accept cheerfully and gratefully everything, especially that which is hard and painful. It is like a medicine given to a patient. He who takes it does not know what it contains, or how it will work, but he has confidence in the physician who prescribed it, that it will bring back his health.
In exactly the same way God's ordinances in your destinies are medicines for your ailing souls. Recognize this fully and you will grow closer to the Father, as close as a human being can every come.
However, if you feel strong enough, an additional step is possible which will hasten your recovery by assisting God's help, so to speak. You may try to recognize the reasons why God is sending you this or that affliction, dissapointment, or suffering, or whatever else it may be. If, for instance, you have suffered a great disappointment, the thing to do is not to lament it, but try to get over it as quickly a possible with the understanding that "it was God's will." And then you may meditate upon this divine decree and search for the underlying causes. Ask yourself the question of what might have been the result if your desire had been granted in this case. Would it have been for the best? What else would have been affected by it? If you feel that you cannot fathom the reasons by yourself, then ask God for enlightenment. And if He thinks that it is good for you to know, then He will give you this understanding; it will suddenly dawn upon you why God had to deny you this wish or another; then it will probably become clear to you that it's fulfillment would have harmed you in some way or another. In that moment your eyes will be opened to your weakness so that you can begin right then and there to try to overcome it by self-training, and your spiritual progress will be much more rapid.
Everyone on earth has to bear the destiny which he deserves according to unfathomable but just, natural laws. Therefore, do not quarrel with God, but follow Him faithfully for ever and ever.
Always ready for God is the watchword of His faithful ones.
To do His Holy Will without trembling or flinching.
To look into the future without fear or apprehension.
To harbor in your heart nothin but that one great confidence in God.
By all this God recognizes His own.
Always strive to bear these identification marks.

Love is the lever with which you can move out of the way the heaviest obstacles on the path of your lives. When I say "love" I do not refer to it as a sentiment of affection, but I mean that love which is the eperssion of your good will and which manifests in deeds.
You say that you love God. If that were really true, why then do not will the same as God wills, and why do you not do as God wills? And if you say that you want to do what God wants, why do you not carry out what you have recognized as God's will ?
If, for example, you want to be meek and gentle according to the teachings of Christ, why do you not do it, and why do you not make every effort, use every opportunity to become meek and gentle? How is it then, that the smallest things can throw you off your balance, as it happens nearly every day, without your making the slightest improvement? And that you call "will"?
You say you want to love God. If that were true, why do you speak so seldom and so little of Him? Do we not like to talk to someone we love, are we not glad to be in His nearness and to speak with Him? And God is always close to you if you desire His nearness.!
And if you really love your fellow men, as it is God's will, where then is your will to the deed?
You would not grieve someone you really love, would you? Rather, you would have compassion with him, would try to understand his faults, would not heap reproach upon him, but forgive him. For love is full of patience and kindness, love does not permit itself to be provoked to bitterness, love bears all, understands all, excuses and forgives all.
Where, then, is your will to all this?
If you mortals would apply to this task one tenth of your efforts used for material things, things valued in money, it would be so much better with your personal happiness and the happiness of your families.
God is so modest in His demands and so lenient with your accomplishments, but would you not think He is entitled to at least one tenth of your efforts? In reality it should be the other way around, namely nine tenths for God and one tenth for earthly affairs. That would be the right proportion.
Learn, therefore, to love truely and you will learn to live truely. For true love is true life.
Prayer: Oh Father, only they are Thy children who always ask what is Thy will, and how to please Thee.
All those who are here have the good will. Even though they are still weak and sinful, and though their lives still are dark and clouded, they do know that Thou are their Father, and that Thou wilst take their hands if they strive to walk the road that leads them back to their real Home. Bless all of them.
